Housed in a long, sealed, 4”/100mm deep enclosure – identical to that used for the C823IW – this passive subwoofer uses a pair of 10” bass drivers to deliver a remarkable real low frequency extension of 43Hz, an ideal partner for premium home theatre systems.

For projects where deep, cinematic bass performance has to be achieved alongside discreet architectural integration, UandKSound has developed the C1021SUB – a high-performance custom installation subwoofer engineered to generate powerful low-frequency extension from an ultra-slim form factor.

Designed around a newly developed rigid enclosure measuring just 4”/100mm in depth, the C1021SUB brings immersive bass performance to rooms/installations where conventional subwoofer solutions may not be practical. Its sealed passive-radiator design ensures speed, control and precision, producing articulate low frequencies with excellent transient response and room-filling impact.

Developed in line with UandKSound’s acoustic philosophy of wide sound dispersion and precise imaging, the C1021SUB integrates seamlessly with the C8 and C6 range of in-wall speakers, and is optimized to excel when used in premium immersive home theatre environments.

Despite its remarkably slim profile, the C1021SUB delivers bass extension down to an astonishing 38Hz. Passively driven dual 10” woofers, drivers maximise low-frequency output while maintaining control and minimising unwanted resonance, achieving powerful performance without compromising installation flexibility.

Despite its huge performance potential, the 1021SUB is as discreet looking as any other of the models in the C8 and C6 series. It features an ultra-low-profile, micro-perforated grille (securely mounted using neodymium magnets) that allows it to integrate almost invisibly into walls or ceiling. Installation is further simplified through reinforced, threaded mounting points, quick fastening dog-leg fixings, and premium gold-plated ‘push-type’ binding posts.
